CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE PETS ON ONE ITEM?
We believe every pet deserves its own items. Our style is designed for one pet per item, however, we will do our best to accommodate two pets on caftans and pajamas only.
At this time, we are not offering multiple pets on pocket squares or scarves
TWO PETS ON AN ITEM:
Best, best to send two separate pictures of the pets you want placed on the caftan or pajamas. The pets are placed in a set pattern – separately – so it’s best to send separate pictures. Also, separate pictures are often times easier to retouch and manipulate for production. Remember – full face, pet facing front (the camera).
DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER CAFTAN COLOR BESIDE IVORY?
WHAT IF MY PET IS NOT A DOG OR A CAT?
We print all pets. So feel free to upload a picture of your rabbit, frog, hamster, fish, lizard, etc. All we ask is you own the rights or have permission to use the photo.
However, please be advised that images of people will not be accepted – pets only. Note that images of unclothed, underage children, are expressly forbid, and must never be shared – whether it’s your child or someone else’s. Please refer to the Citizens Guide to U.S. Federal Law on Child Pornography for further information.
HOW DO KNOW IF THE CAFTAN WILL FIT ME?
Caftans are one of the most flattering fashions one can wear. Flowing, and sometimes, forgiving, caftans are a nod to all femininity. We offer three size options: Small (up to size 8) Medium/Large (size 10-16) and Queen (size 18+.) Our caftans are easily hemmed if you find there is a need to shorten it when you receive yours.
CAN I PUT AN ALTOGETHER DIFFERENT TYPE OF PICTURE ON THE CUSTOM ITEMS? A CHILD?
Our artists are especially talented with working with photos of pets, so for now, we are going to provide our customers with pet ‘perfection’ on a caftan.
I WANT TO ORDER MATCHING HIS AND HERS PAJAMAS? HOW DOES THE SIZING RUN?
Our pajamas are intended to be unisex. We offer Small, Medium/Large and X-Large. They are designed to fit men and women comfortably. If you are not certain, please email us your clothing size and we will get back to you with a recommendation.
HOW DOES IT SHIP? CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
All domestic orders over $200.00 ship at our expense - we cover that- because you’ve been so patient waiting for your custom caftan to be completed. We cannot expedite orders due to the intricacies of working with your photo, and the handcrafted beadwork and finishing. We will process orders as received, and will do our best to improve production and shipping time (remember they come from India).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FINISHED CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
Custom Printed Items: Due to extremely high volume, all custom orders may take up to 8 weeks to produce (international may be up to 10 weeks)
WHY IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME UP TO 8 WEEKS?
Each custom item ordered has multiple layers of production – from picture ‘re-touching” to the ink processes, to lay down on fabric, drying, sewing, etc. At any given point a glitch – a picture that is hard to work with, varying temperatures during drying time, shipping issues, etc. – could arise and cost us some time. We thank you for your interest, and your patience.
Kindly note, when gift-giving it is best to allow for 9 weeks or more – just to be on the safe side!!
I UNDERSTAND IT TAKES up to 8 WEEKS (up to 10 week internationally) TO RECEIVE MY CUSTOM ITEMS, WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED THE ORDER?
Due to the custom nature of the order, your credit/debit card will charged at the time the order is placed as this is a custom, one-of-a-kind caftan handcrafted only for you featuring your pet.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY CUSTOM ITEMS?
Patricia’s Couture by Sherina™ has a no exchange or return policy due to the custom nature of our products. If there is a concern, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are more than happy to help you out.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CAFTAN?
For years of enjoyment - to clean your caftan, you can hand wash, or machine wash - always in the gentle cycle, cold water. Your caftan can be dried in the dryer - on a lower temperature setting, or be hung or laid at to dry. It shouldn’t need ironing, but if so, a few strokes with the iron on medium heat should do the trick. Please do not let a hot iron near the beadwork.
WHEN ORDERING A GIFT:
When ordering a gift please allow 9-10 weeks in advance of the date you would like to gift the item. Unfortunately, the shipping office in unable to wrap or enclose a gift box or notes in our outbound shipments.
